The Lancing UK LU-CL6T Automatic Liquid Filling Machine is built for high-volume, precision filling of liquids ranging from 500ml to 5000ml. Featuring six servo-driven magnetic pumps and a 320L storage tank with automatic level detection, it ensures consistent flow and accurate dosing. Bottles are positioned by a stopper and gripper system, while the servo-controlled filling heads descend for precise dispensing. A drip tray prevents spills, and the PLC interface allows easy adjustment of filling parameters. Ideal for chemical, cosmetic, and food-grade liquid packaging, this machine supports up to 42 bottles/min with ±1% accuracy.
